- Measure, monitor and improve quality performance; Support root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality
- Drive quality initiatives and highlight areas requiring attention
- Define success criteria
- Lead the task force to contain, mitigate and resolve the top-quality issues; Drive failure analysis, root cause and corrective actions.; Evaluate reliability and highlight potential risks
- Develop end-to-end Quality and Test strategy
- Create test plans for components
- Execute manual /automating tests
- Find and report bugs
- Gather and document feedback on usability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned stakeholders
Skills
- ‘Unix/Linux, Windows
- Black box / white box testing
- Cross browser / platform testing
- Unit, Integration system testing
- User Acceptance testing (UAT)
- C/C++, Java or Python
- Functional, Integration, Regression, Load, Stress and Security testing
- 3rd party test & measurement equipments from Spirent, Ixis, GLcom etc.
- Test case optimization & enrichment
