Job Description

• Measure, monitor and improve quality performance; Support root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality
• Drive quality initiatives and highlight areas requiring attention
• Define success criteria
• Lead the task force to contain, mitigate and resolve the top-quality issues; Drive failure analysis, root cause and corrective actions.; Evaluate reliability and highlight potential risks
• Develop end-to-end Quality and Test strategy
• Create test plans for components
• Execute manual /automating tests
• Find and report bugs
• Gather and document feedback on usability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned stakeholders
